Training: Onsite or Online

We offer startup assistance on-site. Due to the pandemic, we have performed many "virtual startups" where the customer preferred to minimize outside contact. In this case, we use online tools and walk your team through the startup and long-term maintenance of your new system.

Video Tutorials

In addition to our product training, we offer our customers this comprehensive video library of product tutorials.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Capital Expenditure Answer: For new construction, you can build a smaller pump room, which will offset the cost of our filters. For retrofits, our filters fit through the pump room doors in most cases eliminating demolition costs, again offsetting the cost of our filters.

The Operating Expenditure Answer: From an operating cost perspective, you will not backwash our filters, you will revive the low-cost regenerative media, thereby saving on new water cost, sewer fees, the cost of heating new water, the chemicals required to balance the new water, and due to the lower head pressure requirements of our compact filters on-going electrical savings pumping water.

Aquatics: Our systems are automated, which gives you the flexibility to assign CPO’s to tasks other than backwashing the sand bed filters.

Drinking Water: In drinking water facilities, because we filter down to 1 micron, and in some cases into sub-micron levels, we extend the period where carbon beds and/or RO plants must be idled for maintenance. Our systems are ANSI/NSF 61 and ANSI/NSF 372 compliant and are designed to be cleaned-in-place (CIP). Unlike expensive bag filters, we utilize cost effective NSF 61 approved perlite regenerative media which is considered sterile as supplied.

We have a standard 15-year warranty on our filter, elements, and control versus a standard 10-year warranty others may apply only to their filter tank. We do not have a tank lining or packing gland or o-rings that may fail, resulting in a potentially dangerous situation with compressed air in the filter tank, and by extension in the suction side side strainer. With a superior design, backed by multiple patents and regulated market certifications, we can offer a superior warranty.

We are selling a product that we are very proud of, and we want you to be proud of owning it. Every AquaRevival® filter is ASME code stamped as standard practice. This means every component of the pressure vessel has been inspected by a third-party through the manufacturing process. The water you drink or swim in ought to be the highest quality. That’s what we provide.

We (and our supplier partners) have factories in Wisconsin, Ohio, Kentucky, Florida, and elsewhere in the U.S.A. All fabrication, welding, assembly, inspection, and testing is done in the U.S.A. We are selling and servicing our filters globally through high quality partnerships.

Vertically, with ShockWatch® and TiltWatch® indicators adhered to the unit to protect our customers and facilitate freight claims should any in-transit damage occur. We never have to tip our filters over in transit. That will reduce your risk with standing them upright from horizontal in a pump room.

We supply a host of other items to make your installation stress-free. In fact, we are the only manufacturer that supplies (4) sight glasses per filter, along with the automated controller, automated valves, manual valves, air compressor, media vacuum, fittings, media, etc. all packaged in a fully enclosed heavy-duty wooden crate.

Typically less than two years. Depending upon the location, the payback period could be before the filter is even installed. How is that possible you ask? Our patented filters are significantly smaller than sand bed filters, and our competitor’s regen filters, which translates into a lower height pump room for new builds and fit through pump room doors on retrofits. Our filters use so little water for CIP clean-in-place (essentially 2x filter sump capacity per month) that the sewer permit can be substantially downsized, in some cases saving over a million gallons of water per year compared to comparably sized sand-bed filtration systems. Add to that the BTU savings on backwashing heated water, along with the associated loss of chemicals--the AquaRevival filter system is a solid investment for your business.

Instead of using a "bump tire" that is, in and of itself, an unguarded moving object in the pump room, which could injure a worker or rupture if inadvertently contacted by workers’ tools, or leak into the filter housing itself, we designed an intrinsically safe revival mechanism. The compressed air cylinder cannot leak into the filter housing and has no exposed moving parts to which customer personnel could come into contact. This design is inherently safe and engineered for your safety.
